Redland Fruit & Spice Seafood Fest returns Nov. 18 and 19

The widely-popular Redland Fruit & Spice Seafood Fest brings back seafood options, ranging from Thai and Caribbean-style to ceviche and fish tacos, and everything in between. Other edible treats such as funnel cakes, ice cream, kettle corn, shaved ice, beer, and other food and beverage favorites will also be available for purchase.
The two-day event is packed with entertainment by live local bands, as well as fun kids’ activities, including a Miami Marlins interactive zone, pony rides and a fishing zone.
The event takes place Nov. 18 and 19, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Fruit & Spice Park, 24801 SW 187 Ave., Homestead, FL 33031.

Take in the views of Fruit & Spice Park, the only tropical botanical garden of its kind in the United States. The park, grows more than 500 varieties of sub-tropical fruits, herbs, spices, vegetables and nuts from around the world on 40 lush acres in the agricultural Redland. Relax on a blanket or stroll through the park. The site includes a walkable garden pond with Japanese koi fish, water lilies and a fountain.
