Use 311 to get County services and information

The 311 Contact Center provides a fast, simple and convenient way for residents to get information on local government services. Call Specialists can initiate service requests for different types of services provided by the County or the City of Miami.

  • By dialing 311 you can get get one-on-one personal customer service in English, Spanish or Creole by dialing one easy-to-remember number. You can call Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Closed Sunday & holidays.
  • We have 311 Service Centers in north, south and west Miami-Dade available for walk-in service.
  • Service requests can also be made online using 311 Direct.
  • The fastest way to report neighborhood problems and code violations is by using your smart phone and the 311Direct mobile app.

    • Trip planning services for Miami-Dade Transit.

    Need to report stray dogs, damaged sidewalks, mosquitoes? The list goes on and on.

    311 Direct allows you to submit reports directly from your computer.

  • 311Direct Mobile Apps

    You can report neighborhood problems and code violations from your phone.

    Our mobile app 311Direct can be used by iPhone or Android devices.

    You can attach a photo of the problem, submit relevant details, and choose to either remain anonymous or provide your contact info for follow-up.
