Search Clerk of the Courts Public Records

You can search online for many public records kept by the Miami-Dade Clerk of Courts.

Public records requests can also be submitted in writing by using the Public Records Request Form. The form can be submitted by email or regular mail.

After we receive your request a control number will be assigned and we will let you know we have received your request.

  • Code Enforcement

    Code enforcement citations can be searched online by Citation Number, Folio Number, Name or Mailing Address.

    If you have received a citation for a violation of a County Ordinance, you can request an expedited hearing.

    The hearings are recorded and you can request a copy of an audio visual recording.
